内核升级的问题

我用完./configure --prefix=/后,结果如下:

为什么呢!?会出现configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH呢!?
是因为我少安装了C什么包吗!?请大大们回答!
通过rpm -qa |grep C
以下结果
GConf2-2.2.0-1
GConf-1.0.9-10
miniChinput-0.0.3-37
ttfonts-zh_CN-2.12-1
