locale in Ubuntu linux!

I am runing Ubuntu Linux(based on Debian).
i alwasy get following error when try to install something:

anyone know how to fix it? and also can not get my fcitx done to work. seems also deal with the locale proplem...

试试用root权限执行
# dpkg-reconfigure locales
来设置locales ，我也来看一下。
