求助：安装vmware出错

系统是mdv2006 安装VMware-workstation-5.5.0-16958
用rpm或源码都是到了这步过不去 ,难道我的mdv2006竟然没有C编译器？  如果真的没有  那我怎么安装这个编译器呢
下面是出错部分
