笔记本宽屏无法设置分辨率

我的笔记本最佳分辨率为1280x800
但是无法正确设置到该分辨率，而只能工作在1024x768

显卡驱动应该正确安装了，因为 能在管理－》显示中看到是ati的x1300
驱动版本是ati-driver-installer-8.29.6.run

在论坛里搜索了一下，按照找到的方法
先gtf 1280 800  60
并将结果放入到xorg.conf中，也修改了display项
但是重启xwindow还是会自动回到1024x768
以下是我的xorg.conf

vesa不支持1280*800，需要安装masked newer XOrg 7.1 -，不知道怎么安装
我的系统是RC6.0

你把色深改成32试试，没有24的。

建议你重新安装一下驱动，我是intel940的也是后来用的915resolution才解决问题。
