grub raid0 ide三硬盘双启动记录

看到论坛上grub的配置很多了，我之前没有找到自己的方案，现在写一下，给需要的朋友，我的配置：
athlon64 黑核5000＋
2G DDR 800
ati hd2600XT
jetway Ha03
IDE 40G单装了一个ubuntu（三个分区） + 两块sata200G组成的400G raid0（单装了winxp四个分区）

平时启动都是改变bios启动顺序，然后选择第一启动硬盘实现的
然后现在修改下menu.lst可以启动winxp了，不用一直去进bios选择了
