使用MinGW编译spcaview出错

因为spcaview是基于SDL开发的，我想把他移植到windows上，使用了MinGW,安装好了SDL函数库，并测试通过，但在编译的时候，出现了问题，想请大家帮忙看看

看样子它用到了一些 linux 专有的特性, 至少以楼主目前的工程配置应该是不能直接在 win 下编译的
