安装anjuta的问题

我刚开始学习linux，今天安了一个anjuta，但是./configure时候，出现下列错误：checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... configure: error: newly created file is older than distributed files!

，这是什么问题啊，我上网查没有找到答案，各位帮帮忙吧！谢谢！

另：
1、如果源中有的话尽量不要自己编译
2、如果写个小程序用vim就很不错
