chinese input & display problem in Mandrake9.1

I installed Mandrake9.1 this morning.

1.There is something wrong with some webpages as shown in the attachment,why?

2.I installed fcitx, I can lunch it now, but it can't display any "hou4 xuan3 zi4"

3.I can't view any chinese document such as "~/.gWuBi/profile", I tried gedit,staroffice,vi,mozilla, all of them failed to display chinese contents.

4.My locale is set to UTF-8, how to change it to GB2312 or GBK? I think it's the keypoint of all my problem! I modified /etc/sysconfig/i18n, but it doesn't work.

Anybody help me?

关于locale的修改，可以尝试localedrake来改看可以否
由于这个问题比较难解决，我建议你如果无法解决就只有重装，只选简体中文安装。
浏览器字体，你选择一下字体看看会不会变。
候选字问题已经解决，请下载相应版本。
其实很多问题都置顶了，应该认真看看。

改了.bashrc后重起所有问题解决，奇怪了。
