After install dropline, Can't install fcitx

hello everyone ,i am newbie
I have some problems about fcitx
first, i have not serect gnome when i install slackware9.1 ,  then I install dropline-gnome , i download fcitx-1.85 to install, but it can't make ,and show m
the information like this:

Did you manage to do ./configure without any errors?

Maybe try to download those "libiconv..." packages and install them?

既然装了DropLine后输入法会异常，那么我后来装输入法失败也是当然的了，估计删掉DropLine后情况会不同吧！

编译不成功，rpm包也装不了，但用RPM2TGZ后却安装成功了，
但输入法还是不能用，原来我的LOCAL是GB2312,改为GBK后一切就OK了
但是GIMP和XMMS却乱码！
