没有version.h

找回老家了，在LFS里就有说：
make include/linux/version.h and make symlinks: This creates the include/linux/version.h file and the platform-specific include/asm symlink
确实是在Installing Linux-2.4.19阶段创建的version.h

发现还是LFS文档好吧，里面有好多好东西我们看的时候没注意而已。

有这么一段话：
If gcc complains about not finding linux/version.h, then you will need to run ``make dep'' in the kernel source directory to build it. Under MkLinux, run ``make include/linux/version.h'' instead.
这里的MkLinux指什么？
