help! I cannot use gWuBi on my LFS

how to set the locale? zh_CN, zh_CN.GB2312, zh_CN.GB18030 or zh_CN.GBK?
i can enter the KDE environment when setting locale to "zh_CN.GB18030".
but i cannot start the XWindows when setting locale to the others. Why?

after i tape into the "gWuBi" command in the console( KDE, using zh_CN.GB18030 of course ), i can see the program running. but when i press ctrl+space, there isn't any repond! and i have set the XMODIFIERS=@im=gWuBi.

so, i cannot input the chinese now. =(

export LC_ALL=zh_CN.GBK
export LANG=zh_CN.GBK
gWuBi &
kate &
看在kate里能不能输入中文。
还有一个，你可能没注意，就是你有没有/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/zh_CN/XI18N_OBJS
这个文件，没有的话是不行的，从其他的目录下拷一个，比如zh目录下，就有一个。

也就是说你的KDE不能用中文的locale，你的其他桌面里，gWuBi能用么？我在twm里都行的。

i try it in Gnome2 env. there's the same problem. =(

你把locale设成zh_CN.gbk试试？我最早在wmaker里就是不能用zh_CN.GBK，而只能用小写的。要不你先试试最简单的twm，看看是哪个问题。是X的问题，还是gWuBi的问题

那个XLC_LOCACLE有吧
这样的错误，而且出在输入法上，极可能就是你定义了输入法程序。然后却没有RUN它。
