debian下打印机装不上,谁帮忙看一下

Hp laserjet 6L
先装了 cups
再网页中联接http://localhost:631
点击add printer
Name 取hplaser
location 取donkey  
continue后
Device 取parallel port #1
再选制造商和型号
完成后提示 Printer hplaser has been added successfully
但打印测试页没响应,肯定不是打印机的问题,我以前在RH9下就成功过
查看状态:
Description: aa
Location: donkey
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs.
Device URI: parallel:/dev/lp0
然后试着装hplip
刚装完,然后
http://localhost:631 add printer
结果在device 那步没有出现应有的hp的device
只有出现hp no_device_found
用命令查看没发现我的打印机,打印机接口应该没问题,因为在rh9下就能装上
重启一样

呵呵，你看看你的内核编译并口了嘛？
cat /dev/lp0， 看看结果。
parallel port可能没有编译进去。
