翻译 Debian 软件包简介信息
Debian 系统的国际化支持是越来越好了，今天 debian-devel 上又发布了新玩意
--翻译 Debian 软件包的简介。这个好呀，对英文有困难的同志以后也能知道每个
软件是干什么的了。

如何参与翻译呢？


    * 打开您最熟悉的邮件客户端，Mutt、Evolution、Outlook 都行，连
gmail 之类的 web 界面也行；

    * 给 pdesc@ddtp.debian.net 发一封信，标题是“GET 3 zh_CN.UTF-8”。意
思是申请 3 个软件包的简体中文翻译，编码是 UTF-8，服务器就会在尚未翻译的
列表中挑三个寄给你；

    * 过一会儿，就会收到一封邮件，把里面带的附件保存下来；

    * 用文本编辑器打开附件，就可以开始翻译了。未翻译的项目是这样：

      把 <trans> 替换成对应的中文内容，翻译后变成下面这样：

    * 把翻译好的文件保存下来，然后以附件的形式发回给 pdesc@ddtp.debian.
net 就好了。过一会儿就能收到确认信，如果提交失败，信中会指出哪里出了错。
如果您是直接回复前面收到的那封信，由于标题还是包含了“GET 3 zh_CN.UTF-8
”的内容，您又会得到另外三个未翻译项。


Note:


   1. 一次不要申请太多的条目，有空闲时间翻个三五条就行；

   2. 简介内容都比较紧凑，翻译起来有一定难度。如果拿不定主意，发信到
debian-chinese-gb@lists.debian.org 问一下；

   3. 翻译好的成果可以在 http://ddtp.debian.net 上看到；

   4. 目前 sid 里的 apt 还看不到翻译好的内容，好像要 experimental 版的才
行，过一段时间估计就会有了。如果您着急的话，也可以安装 experimental 中的
apt, python-apt, synaptic 试试；

   5. 如果是在 windows 下翻译，保存文件时请注意一下编码是 UTF-8，不要存
成 bom 格式了(er. 如果您明白我在说什么的话...)；

   6. 最好不要修改除 <trans> 以外的内容，以免出现格式错误；

   7. 以“#”开头的行是注释，
      以“Description: ”开始的行是原始信息，
      以“Description-xx: ”开头的行需要翻译，
      注意，多行介绍的翻译在行首要留一个英文空格，段落之间的“ .”要保留
。
      请多参考前面的例子。
