How to set ftp proxy with username and password?

I tried to set like this

export http_proxy="username:passwd@IP:port"
export ftp_proxy="$http_proxy"
export RSYNC_PROXY="$http_proxy"

But it does not work!

Who can help me. Thanks a lot!

改/etc/make.conf

make.XXX文件吧
