初用ubuntu，不是很了解pkg-config.
man pkg-config也看不懂。
是不是和之前的这些包装不上有关？
下面的信息是说无法用就版本替换已存在的新版本，或者是别的意思？

系统update到最新了，python 也是正常的。
是新手，对 apt-get的机制不是很熟悉。
