启动xserver

请教一下，我在ubuntu下面部分编译了xorg-server，其默认安装路径在/usr/local/bin里，但是每次我用startx启动这个server时，都报错，如下：

Fatal server error
No valid FontPath could be found
giving up
xinit:Connection refused (error 111): unable to connect to X server
xinit:No such process (error3): Server error

这是为什么呢？

我的编译参数如下：

./configure --with-fontdir=/usr/share/fonts/X11/truetype --disable-libtool-lock --enable-null-root-cursor --disable-registry --disable-xres --disable-record --disable-screensaver --disable-xdmcp --disable-xdm-auth-1 --disable-xinerama --disable-xf86misc --disable-xselinux --disable-xace --disable-xselinux --disable-xcsecurity --disable-appgroup --disable-xevie --disable-xfree86-utils --enable-multibuffer --disable-xquartz --disable-kdrive --disable-dmx --disable-xprint --disable-xwin --disable-config-hal  --disable-xephyr  --disable-xsdl  --disable-xfake --disable-kdrive-vesa

不要随便 configure 就行，Xorg 有很多依赖解决後才能编译 xserver，详见 BLFS 手册

瞧，这不好多啦。
自己动手，丰衣足食。

但您还是先用回发行版比较好。
您现在这样直接升级 ubuntu，将来会痛苦的，发行版灵魂在 包管理，您现在把灵魂丢啦。
您可以找找 debian 编译打包的资料，用发行版 还是 用发行版方式 管理软件比较好。

由於你现在的安装路径不算"标准"或者说是不普遍通用，建议你参考 BLFS 手册里建立兼容性连结：
