怎么是GMT+13？不是GMT-11吗？

我这里平时是GMT+12
现在是夏时制，变成了GMT+13
GMT-11比我这儿要晚一整天

理论上不可能有GMT+13
夏令时的问题只能阁下自理，调调电脑的钟吧

There is GMT+13 ... not only in theory, but alos in real world.
You never use it, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't exist.
Most really mature app(include some web forum apps, such phpbb) support it.



BTW, to north south south north
plz replace the blank space after "退出论坛 |" with &nbsp, not add one. It looks OK in mozilla but worse in IE now.

不知道linuxsir的带宽有多少，刚刚170人左右在线，我的浏览器就停止响应啦。
现在linuxsir也有了自己的FTP，带宽带宽。
不清楚linuxsir到底有多少带宽，但是GPL是GPL想让大家自觉单线程限速下载，不挂代理下载，这个自觉性……
apache 1.3.X有个mod_gzip模块倒是不错，可以提高页面的压缩输出，php.ini也有相关的压缩缓冲输出
升级httpd2.0.47使用MPM线程应该也不错吧
