我对relocate的解释：

其实你有windows系统调试的经验的话应该知道所有的PE格式可执行文件在386保护模式下运行时都要通过一个PE装载器调入内存的，它的作用就是给定一个imagebase把程序在硬盘上的raw address转化成virtual address， 并完成内存页的对齐（一般是0x1000）。

此重定位非彼重定位

这里的重定位无非是说 U-Boot 把自己搬到 RAM 中
然后跳转到新的位置在 RAM 中执行

另外你想定义一般意义上的 "重定位技术" 也只会增加理解混乱
