I found out the problem has to do with a broken binutils. I got a new binutils from cvs and compiled it, along with gcc, glibc, and Qt. uic no longer segfaults and now I just have to recompile kde properly so everything doesn't crash on exit like uic was.

好像不需要全部重新编译，只要编译binutils,gcc,glibc就可以了。
