不能安装gtkhtml-3.1.8

我下了gtkhtml-3.1.8但是
在./configure后
不能make和make install了
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
make: *** No rule to make target `install'.  Stop.
这个是什么啊?

还有一个问题
我们在解压tar.bz2的软件
在安装后能不能把这解压的软件删了

这个说明在./configure的时候就出问题了，兄弟再./configure一次，看看有无什么提示，./configure后应该会在当前目录下生成Makefile文件，你的错误提示就是说没有找到Makefile文件，你在这个目录下ls看看到底有没有？

如果你安装编译好了这个文件后，完全可以把这个目录删除。

你的错误提示是说，PKG_CONFIG_PATH这个环境变量的设置有问题，因此，系统找不到这些库文件，或者是这个库文件的版本不够要求，需要更新。
libgnomeprintui-2.2 >= 2.2.1这个库文件需要更新，到redhat的主站上去看看有没有更新的版本，寻找到所有相关的包，升级安装。

gtk+-是什么?我在网站上只找到
gtk+-1.2.10-25.i386.rpm 但是还是不够
有一个gtk+的是不是一个东西

是不是升级时还要把带*.devel*.rpm升级?

是的，如果是从源码安装，依赖到的相关rpm的devel包也要装上。
