Help with Chinese input

svm

I try to use fcitx and scim under Mandriva 2006, but it raise the following errors.
Now I can't use Chinese in my system. I try to "rpme fcitx or scim" and reinstall it,
But it doesn't work.   
Could anybody help me to deal with that.
