Kaixo!

Thanks to everybody that participated in the localization of the mandrake
programs; the upcoming Mandrake Linux 9.1 has a great improvment
compared to the 9.0.

On a total of 57 languages with some sort of support, the majority
of them (42) has had a good evolution, with an increase of the translation
level and quality.

Also, the number of very well supported languages (more than 90% translated)
increased from 11 in 9.0 to 23 languages in 9.1

There is also the support for right-to-left and complex alphabets
that is now available in mandrake control center.

Note that in the previous report, the number of languages over 90% were
of 16, and 33 out of 57 with a positive evolution; so several language
teams have done a lot of work in last weeks; I thanks them.

If we count the mean percentage (all translated strings for all languages,
over all the translatable strings for all languages) it was of 60 0n
mdk 9.0 and of 71 0n 9.1; so that is a noticeable improvement.
