请教 virtualbox 无法启动的问题

2009的时候装了 VirtualBox-3.0.10_54097_mdv2009.1-1.i586.rpm 装上xp就好用的，usb也没问题，网上银行一切正常。
换了2010后，同样安装VirtualBox-3.0.10_54097_mdv2009.1-1.i586.rpm

是内核不对么？源上有kernel 2.6.31.5的,换了源上的virtualbox3.08-ose版的，能启动可是usb又用不了.

这个还不知道，我这2009的时候还能认出来视频（USB），现在2010认不了了，主系统认不了，虚拟机就更不行了

kernel-desktop-devel-2.6.31.5-1mnb
kernel-desktop-devel-latest
