arch链接openvpn server出错 请教

服务器配置 参考：
http://www.vpser.net/build/linode-install-openvpn.html

服务器：debian 6
客户端：archlinux

但是本地就是链接不上，日志如下：（请朋友们帮忙，谢谢）

补充：

root@vps:/etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/2.0# /etc/init.d/networking restart
Running /etc/init.d/networking restart is deprecated because it may not enable again some interfaces ... (warning).
Reconfiguring network interfaces...SIOCDIFADDR: Cannot assign requested address
